  DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM A BEST BUY I bought a $100 phone that cracked when I took the back off to insert an SD Card. When I purchased the phone I was not told about a protection plan, and when I wanted to buy a phone case and screen protector, they didn't have one. When I tried to talk to them on the phone, I was very rudely told that they always offer a protection plan and that because it was black Friday, they were just busy and that is an excuse if they didn't. I bought the phone at 6ish PM. I have the receipt if anyone wants to fact check me on that. DO NOT BUY FROM BEST BUY. I have only had issues and awful customer service from them.
