My wife and I asked for a pair of boots and they brought us out the wrong pair so we asked her to get us the correct pair and she went to the back. About 15 min later she came back with no boots didn't say one word to us and started helping other people. After several times of waving her down she continued to ignore us we ended up walking out because we waited probably 30 min and was continually ignored. Worst customer experience ever.
