Reviews about Christopher & Banks

  • June 24, 2019, by Laurie Cadieux-Evans
I would like for you to know how much I value the ladies who are currently working at Christopher and Banks in the Boise Towne Square Mall. Emily, Gloria, and especially Kaytie are always so cheerful, professional, and wonderful people with whom to deal. I drop in often and talk, smile, and laugh my way through another enjoyable shopping experience. Kaytie and I have known each other for years now. I met her when she worked at CJ Banks. I recently went through the experience of quite literally having nothing to wear because I lost weight. I went from a size 18W to a 12 (not quite a 10) Misses. I had just purchased some new clothes at CJ Banks and had to return them, since I lost weight before I could wear them all. I then went downstairs and worked with Kaytie. Now that I am a size 12, I could spend my clothing dollar pretty much anywhere. I keep going back to Kaytie, because she is so good at what she does. She always takes the time to help me choose just the right thing, even when I go into the store not exactly sure what I am looking for. She has a really good eye, not only for putting together outfits, but also for determining what size I should wear. I tend to still see myself as weighing more than I would like, but Kaytie sees me as I am. She is always truthful when telling me what she thinks of how I look. She is kind, but truthful. She never says, "Oh, you look so good in that!" unless I actually do look good. The main reason I shop at C&B is due to the ladies I have come to think of as friends. They remember my name and treat me with respect and kindness. I can't imagine going elsewhere unless you aren't carrying what I need. I often buy more than I originally plan, just because I get the attention and help I need in clothes shopping. In short, they (all of the ladies who are currently working at your store) deserve a raise.
