  My family and I recently moved to Boise and I was looking for a reputable flooring company. A family member put me in touch with James. My expectations weren't met at all....they were EXCEEDED!!!!!!!! James and his fantastic team (Emilio, Scheduling, Delivery, & Installation Teams) walked us through the entire flooring and carpeting process from start to finish and we couldn't be happier with the finished product. These fine folks are the example of INTEGRITY, PROFESSIONALISM, EFFICIENCY, and display sincere PASSION in what they do. We did experience a delay with the installation only because this team of professionals discovered a significant underlying problem with our flooring that required an additional team to come in and level out our floor. This design flaw was not detected during the home inspection process (it was covered up with carpet). These installers could have easily thrown in the flooring and not alerted us to the problem. Rather, James immediately shared this information with us and we promptly agreed the installation had to stop in order to resolve the issue. James personally contacted a concrete company he knew would fix the issue. We now have a beautiful level floor and expertly carpeted bedrooms that will last for decades, or more. If you want to hire a local flooring company that is the example of INTEGRITY, PROFESSIONALISM, EFFICIENCY, and PASSION for what they do, Dillibaugh's at Federal Way must be your first call.
