  Amy is fabulous with helping us design our home! She's always there when we call and always willing to help us. We can't wait to move into our new home and with Amy's help, I know it will be our dream home. We love Echelon and their products. Customer service is always priority for them!

  Good selection of furniture and love that some is on the more modern side but the customer service is awful. Not sure that there is a huge desire to really help a customer. The person that helped us was half dead in personality and energy. Not what I rpwould expect from a local store.I have much better service at some of the big box stores in our community. Oh well we won't be buying any furniture here.
