I had two cabinets (installed by some other company years ago) fall off the kitchen wall in my rental house. I wanted to find the cause of this to understand who was at fault (me or the landlord). I got in touch with Zack who informed me with detailed information of how cabinets are installed. Zack even suggested that I send photos to his personal cell-phone number to analyze/diagnose what happened, which I openly accepted. I didn't ask for this; Zack did this out of his own generosity, even though I was not a client. Thank you greatly! Your expertise helped immensely! You guys are awesome!
