  We bought 3 pairs of black leggings because they seemed like a great deal. Wore one pair, they were fine. A couple of days later, put on another pair and noticed a hole in the crotch. Took off and wore the last pair. A few hours later noticed a couple of little holes in the butt. Took them and receipt back for exchange, it had only been 5 days since original purchase. We were told no, how did they know what happened after we left store, as if we are crazy and like to put holes in our stuff and waste our time exchanging. She was confident her crappy leggings would never have holes and we were out of luck. Lost our money and we will not go back

  Okay I like Forever 21 but this is specifically about this location. What an absolute mess. I went in the middle of the day on a Saturday which you would think would be well staffed. Nope. I had to wait online to just ask a question. There were no employees on the floor for customer assistance. Two girls on the register and I'm assuming one in the fitting rooms but I couldn't tell you because the line was insanely long. The whole store was an absolute mess. I would only go back if I absolutely had to.

  Not impressed with my visit today. I like the style of clothes you have to offer, but to not greet your customers when they come in is rude. I was hoping to find some certain style of clothing but nobody ever offered to welcome me to your store and ask if I needed help finding anything. I was in there for about 10 minutes without being welcomed.
