  DO NOT GO HERE! I went here to purchase a ring for my fiance and was promised that if the ring didn't fit they could size it in house that same day. The lady I bought the ring from told me that the ring was a size 6 and you can only go up or down two sizes. That was all right because my fiance's finger size was a four but when we brought the ring back in the lady told me the ring was actually a size seven, so we had to get the ring customized. This irritated me because now we had to wait another 4-6 weeks to get the ring back when we were promised that the ring could be sized at Fred Meyers. Finally, they called me to let me know that the ring was in. I had the old card for the size seven ring, and luckily I took a picture of it and it said "Ideal cut, " but when I got the new card, it said "very good cut." If I want the diamond cut to be an "Ideal" cut, I have to wait for another 6-8 weeks. They weren't even going to tell me this, and I had to find out with the picture I took of both cards. They won't give me credit or a discount on the ring even though its less value because of the cut. Do not go here if you don't want a headache. This has been the worst experience I have ever had. Also, the lady that sold me the ring hid every time I came back into the store. She wouldn't even acknowledge me or say sorry. This is the worst jewelry store ever!
