  I've been trying for days to verify if they stock an expensive part for my pellet stove. I called 4 times, one day between calls. Each time I was transferred to Parts and had to leave messages. I never received a single return call. I called today, same routine. I hung up and called as soon as I was transferred. I told the person I will not leave another messages. I asked her to see if they stocked my specific part. She said I need to talk to Parts and to leave a message. DO NOT SEND YOUR CUSTOMERS TO VM IF YOU ARE TOLD NOBODY WILL RETURN CALLS! GRAB THE PARTS GUY AND MAKE HIM ANSWER THE CUSTOMER'S VERY SIMPLE QUESTION OR TELL HIM TO GO HOME. IF HE DOESN'T DO EITHER ONE OF THESE...LOOK FOR THE ANSWER YOURSELF WHILE I WAIT. It's that simple. I'm ordering the part online, as I should have done days ago. It would be here by now and my wife would be warm. I've been trying to support our local businesses, but on too many occasions the service lacks, well....service. So my new store of choice is Amazon.
