  Usually have respect for Macy's. It's always normally high class. I had a bad experience lately. My boyfriend was looking for a watch, planning on dropping around $1200 or so. The kid at the counter made him uncomfortable. I could tell from afar and when I approached I found out why. This kid referred to the watches as "iced out" or "dope a** sh**". My boyfriend entertained him but made it clear he wasn't interested in what he was being shown and that he wanted to look at a different brand. The salesman wouldn't let it go and acted offended when we thanked him and left. Went to Penny's, the nice lady sold us a watch %30 off.
