  Didn't actually shop here, but I did some work for them and we discussed mattresses and how their operation works and I was very satisfied and enjoyed both managers.

  Came into this location and ordered a mattress and there was a problem with the computer- new software the sales person hadn't been trained on, no problem, I'll come back and sign papers when you are able to get a hold of someone to help you. Sales person gets it all figured out within the same day, I go sign the papers no problem. Delivery day comes and it turns out the truck with the shipment didnt come in but they left me a voice mail, ok thats still pretty understandable. The second delivery day comes around and this time I was some how bumped off the schedule. They appologize profusely and offer me 2 option 1)free upgrade to whatever other mattress they have in stock or 2)they will bump someone else's delivery back so I can get the mattress I ordered. I go into the store again and tried other beds, spending more of my time trying not put another person out but to no avail. I ended up really wanting the mattress I originally purchased. Sales person calls in to the warehouse to let them know and turns out option 2 wasn't even actually an option because they dont want to mess up another order. I guess ill take my money back...? I dont know... I had to leave I was so frustrated.
