  After having some issues with the original print job that was ordered for one of my children's school projects, Jolene stepped in and took care of everything. It is so rare to find excellent customer service, and Jolene went above and beyond to ensure our project was finished and the issues were fixed even beyond what we had expected. She even sent a little personal card with the final product. What started out as a stressful event ended in perfection and my daughter was so proud to turn in her gorgeous book to her school! Thank you, Jolene for demonstrating what true customer service is all about!
