  This company takes advantage of the old saying " what you dont know wont hurt you ". As an ex-employee and a person with integrity I have been shocked by what I have seen. Its a company that dabbles daily in risk. For example, a customer thought they were getting a new irrigation system installed but we went off of 40 yr old couragated pipes that were 4 ft down and corroded throughout. Pipes busted several times during testing. In the end the customer pretty much got a fresh install but it was the plan to use as little as we could to maximize profit. In the end we were there way longer than agreed upon and way over budget due to labor costs. Another instance was when I was told to build a planter box using pressure treated wood. As a gardener I know its a no-no due to the toxic chemicals in pressure treated wood. I asked the customer if they planned on growing edibles and they stated they were. I informed the customer of my concern, which they werent aware of. Customer didn't​ want pressure treated wood but Procare Landscape Construction Manager told them it was ok and there was nothing to worry about. They will cut corners and you wont get what you paid for. They lack integrity and truly care about their bonus checks more than their work.
