  Very friendly service. However the quality of work that they offer just does not meet industry standards. We had them come out and replace a few areas of wood, and then sand and stain, and then refinish our floor. We stayed out of the home for a week, and came home to a very disappointing job. There were sanding marks all over our floor, debris in our finish everywhere-so bad that you can feel it through socks. There are still gaps in the floor in the bathroom where the wood was replaced, and jagged edges elsewhere where replacement was done. They slopped stain on our base boards, walls, and even our kitchen cabinets. When the owner came out to see the job, he said that he was mostly happy with the job that was done, save for one small area in our kitchen. I took other opinions from other hardwood flooring companies, all said this job was terrible. Sent an email outlining what I would like to see done about the terrible job to R and R, 10 days have now gone by with no response.....
