  Worst customer service we have ever encountered! The "manager", Martin, has no clue what is going on and has absolutely NO understanding of their system!! In the end he was full of apologies but this was simply too late to remedy his poor management of our dealings! He does not have one ounce of integrity! Would not recommend anyone doing business here!!! ***1/25/17 also I contacted custumer care line on 1/18 to lodge a complaint, was told by Hailey that the District Manager (Andy) would look into it and get back to me within 48 hours, have yet to hear from him(or anyone)...just an all around poor customer experience
