  My old review seems to have disappeared so I am more than happy to rewrite it. In short: This store and its employees are a joke. Rude, unapologetic, and ignorant A few months ago, I went in with a broken iPhone. The assistant manager gave me the business card of some random third party phone repair store. Not what I wanted at all. I came back again with more account information, because I knew I had insurance through sprint. "Rusty" told me to go to the Apple Store because I most definitely had a life time warranty. The guy at the Apple Store laughed in my face, there was no such warranty. I went back to the store so I could use my Sprint insurance for a new phone. Rusty attempted to help me file a claim. However, she was far too busy being interrupted by the assistant manager who decided that showing her pictures from his Hawaiian vacation were more important. Rusty misfiled my claim as a repair, not a replacement. Basically just told me it was my fault, no apology, and she couldn't reverse the claim. She just gave me the customer service phone number because she "couldn't do anything." The phone rep was the most helpful person. Deleted the old claim, filed a new one, and I had a new phone in a few days. Should've never come to this store.

  These people are wonderful. Whenever I have any question about my smartphone these people take the time to correctly solve the issue and teach me all about it. They as re great.

  Needed a Sprint specific SIM card for new phone service. Dude at the counter looked at me like I was crazy when I asked him to get me one to purchase. He pulled out all of their SIM cards and didn't have it. Went to Best Buy and the guy opened the drawer and handed it to me no questions asked.
