  Targeted my young, inexperienced son, he was told the phone was free and there is no contract. I called in and asked more questions and the full disclosure is if you walk before 18 months, you owe the money for the phone. They tell you what your monthly fee will be, but load up your plan with up-charges and do not disclose that information until pushed. Ironically, the guy I talked to could not help me and I need to return tomorrow. Nor could he look up the transaction that had been completed less than two hours prior. My recommendation is to go directly to the source, ie Sprint, Verizon or T-Mobile, stay away from these “authorized retailers”, they’re slimy.
