  First of all they all wear pink which is kind of girly. Aside from that they did not give back my ID when they scanned it for a plan I did not want to sign up for or authorized I was on a prepay plan paying $60 a month and they moved me up to a postpaid plan paying $70., also I was looking to pre-order the lgv30 and they gave me a price point based on my credit at one store and then when I went to this store they gave me almost double the price point the other store gave me because of an error they said which did not make any sense to me. The employees made light of the whole in counter and I will had to go back to the store to retrieve my SIM card that they had taken out of the phone on top of the ID they didn't give back which I didn't realize I had lost. All in all T-Mobile goodbye. Hello Verizon.

  I love my T-Mobile! Justin is just the best. He helped me get out of an annoying mess of traps and stupid stuff clogging up my phone. Thank you, Justin!
