  my mother in law had some problems in her basement and it needed to be torn out and redone. this company was hired to do the job and to roof a small garage in the back yard. it has taken MONTHS this was started in the summer when the weather was good now its almost Thanksgiving and the project that had a (expected to be done by date of Oct 15th) is still not done. constantly feel like the caboose of a train where days go by with no workers showing up to complete work, waiting and waiting and waiting. Seems like other people are getting their work done but my 95 year old mother in law is left twisting in the wind an awful lot. Maybe they are a good company for other folks but it is not what we have seen on this end. To thier credit there have been good moments but it's more of a 60% disappointed to the 40% of worked out well. 12/5/17 update to first review, it has gotten worse, there have been more problems and you can't get a response from anyone. They were told of a problem with the grouting in the bathroom they remodeled, that it was not curing, instead of responding it has been 2 weeks and no one has come to correct the issue, the job is now 2 months past the promise date. my first thought of 60% bad to 40% good work has fallen to 70% totally awful work to 30% decent moments. Very slipshod and short cutted at every other turn. if this had been an insurance claim there would have been better work I am sure but because it was being paid privately by an elderly woman she has gotten nothing but the short end of the stick.

  This is by far the worst customer service in any category my wife and i have ever experienced. During the remodel they damaged my refrigerator' to their credit they replaced it. Home depot hauled off the damaged one, now we need some warranty work done on the Vinyl and the owner refuses to acknowledge our repeated phone calls. Rick has even gone so far as to accuse me of stealing the damaged refer in a phone call with my wife. Will never recommend Complete Restorations or Platinum Remodeling. Next call is BBB
