  Wish we could give them a 0. Purchased some scoops, and after washing they became oxidized, creating a black powder on them. Took them in to return and the worker there belligerently said "Well, you shouldn't have put them in the dishwasher." NEVER SAID THAT ON THE label. And then she said we could still use them...sure lady, let me put this black-powder-laden scoop in some food and see YOU eat off of it. She offered 20% off new scoops. Sure, like I'd want to PAY MONEY for another INFERIOR product. We were regular customers, NEVER again.
