  I am honestly over the moon, I would give this place a thousand stars! Anna the store manager is the most genuine kind hearted woman I have ever met. I had kind of a hard situation being stuck with a ring that I over paid for from another jewelry store and was unhappy with, and she was understanding and as helpful as she could be. I had my eyes on a Disney Collection ring for quite a while and stopped in every so often to see the ring until my fiancé and I decided to try and get it, she remembered me every time and was so willing to let me see it and talk with me about all of my options. I am so grateful for her. She was truly so genuine, and really did care about me and our special disney themed wedding and even let me show her all the photos of our planning! Everyone in the store was so sweet and cared about me and not just the SALE! I felt like I left the store with the beautiful ring of my dreams, and a few new friends. Zales is a must!! and Anna is the person to see!!!
